Cool Connect is a mobile application designed for Carrier Midea, a leading global air conditioning brand. The project focused on providing a comprehensive, user-friendly platform for managing and enhancing the ownership experience of Carrier Midea products. This involved creating an app for both Android and iOS to allow users to seamlessly manage their air conditioning systems, book services, track orders, explore product catalogs, and access a wide range of other helpful features.
The goal of the project was to offer users an easy-to-use, efficient mobile application that centralizes product management, after-sales services, and shopping in one convenient space. By creating this comprehensive mobile experience, the app aimed to simplify and enhance the overall user experience.
Cool Connect is an all-in-one mobile application developed by Carrier Midea to enhance user experience and convenience for air conditioner owners. The app integrates Carrier Midea’s advanced HVAC technology with a variety of customer-centric features, allowing users to easily manage their air conditioning units, get access to maintenance services, and explore products and accessories. With features like service booking, product videos, e-store shopping, and more, Cool Connect brings the complete Carrier Midea experience to users' fingertips.
The primary objective of the project was to offer users a centralized, digital platform for all things related to their Carrier Midea air conditioning products. This requirement was for a mobile application that would provide users with a personalized and convenient way to interact with their products and services. It aims to enhance the user experience by offering a suite of features that make it easy to manage air conditioning systems, get support, explore new products, and stay updated with the latest offerings.
The app integrated key features like My Product section displaying all the Carrier Midea products, Catalogue page to browse through the latest product offerings, Product Videos, E-store, Wallpaper Zone, and Order History. By centralizing different features in one app, the project aimed to offer users a seamless experience that simplifies product management, customer support, shopping, and customization, making Carrier Midea’s products even more accessible and user-friendly.
In developing the Cool Connect app, our focus was on providing a seamless, intuitive experience for users, ensuring they could easily manage their products, access services, and explore new offerings with just a few taps. Our solution is designed to cater to a wide range of needs, from product management to after-sales services, and incorporates user-friendly navigation throughout the app.
