Client Brief

B2 Design Co. is an interior design company that creates unique and stylish spaces for hospitality, multifamily housing, senior living, and student housing projects. Since 2007, they have worked on over 90 projects and ensure every space reflects its own story. The client approached us to develop a bot to streamline their workflows and make their daily work simpler by reducing repetitive tasks.

Our Endeavor

The client asked us to develop an automation bot that could automatically upload transaction details from excel files and images to their e-commerce website reducing manual intervention.

A custom Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution was developed using UiPath to automate the process of uploading transaction data from excel files and associated images to their e-commerce platform.

1. Advanced Automation: We designed workflows to handle different data formats and image uploads while following the specific business rules set by B2 Design Co. This allowed for the automatic extraction, validation, and processing of data from multiple excel files, which was then uploaded to the e-commerce platform along with the corresponding images.

2. Error Handling and Validation: Strong error-handling mechanisms, including data checks, automatic retries, and error logs were integrated to ensure accuracy. This ensured that any issues with data were caught and corrected automatically, preventing mistakes and ensuring the integrity of the information being uploaded.

3. Comprehensive Reporting: Detailed reporting features were added to track transactions and monitor the automation process for our client. This gave them better visibility into their operations and allowed them to track the performance of the bot in real-time.

The bot was designed to handle various data volumes, excel formats, and website modules, ensuring scalability as the business grows. Thorough testing was conducted to make sure the bot would work smoothly with our client’s existing systems. Further documentation and training sessions were provided to ensure the client could easily operate and maintain the bot on their own. This solution successfully streamlined our client's workflow and boosted overall operational efficiency.
