‘Integrity Energy’ is an energy broker that specializes in providing cost-effective electricity and natural gas rates in USA. They have served over 40,000 clients, offering tailored energy plans that meet each business's unique requirements. ‘Integrity Energy’ approached us to develop a solution to automate their vendor data management process for better efficiency. They were struggling with managing data from multiple vendors in different formats, causing inefficiencies and errors.

Our Endeavor

The client asked us to help automate their process of managing data from multiple vendors. Each vendor provided data in different formats, which made it difficult to organize and process. They wanted to streamline the way they handled different types of data and make it easier to store and access it, especially gas and liquid records.

We developed a customized solution using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with UiPath. Our system automatically took data from the vendors’ different formats, like excel files, and changed it into one standard format. This made the data easy to store and manage. The data was stored in a SQL database, which could handle up to 40,000 records. We also added a feature that automatically generated reports for the admin team, so they didn’t have to do it manually. This made the entire process faster, more accurate, and more reliable.

The automation made our client's operations more efficient, streamlined their workflow, and improved productivity, helping them serve their customers better and stay ahead in their business.
