Android & iPhone Mobile App for Retail 'Realto' - Coupons Services

We have developed a website as well as a smartphone app that runs on iPhone and all Android devices. The website is maintained by the vendors, who offer different deals. They can create various deals on the website; while the end users who are using the mobile app, can redeem those deals through the app. They can either redeem it or resale them with a new price tag. Admin can create vouchers for different resellers and through the mobile app customers can buy/sell different deals.

Let’s discuss the details of the app as well of the website we have developed:

The application allows vendors to create coupons with special offers and different prices available on their services and products and sell the coupons to customer. The customers are able to view deals depending upon their location and can buy, sell or redeem the coupons. Customers can change the price of coupons and sell it again.

The app facilitates the customers to rate the deals according to their popularity. They will be notified with the alerts and will also receive information about deals. Application will provide facility to purchase coupon via credit card/PayPal/direct debit/cheque and he can redeem coupons on mobile phones using QR code technology and /or Bump feature. When a vendor will be using the app, he can scan the barcode connect through bump of the coupons being redeemed by any customer. The app displays deals in the nearby area using current geo graphical location. User can also view the deals of other area of interests also.

The app comes in two versions: for customers & for vendors.

To use the app, customers need to log-in into the app using the credentials they have been provided by the admin of the site. Depending upon the features and functionalities provided to the customers, they can perform the following tasks:

• Search for offers based on location information of the customer’s mobile phone.

• Look for location specific search result listings. The search results show the image and a brief description of the available deals.

• View the store location on the map integrated into the app.

• When customer would tap on buy button users would be prompted to make payments within the application.

• Customers would be able to resale the vouchers on the mobile application.

Vendors would also be able to log-in into the app using the credentials that have been provided by the admin and can use the barcode scanner to redeem a deal. Then the app would fetch redemption information from the server via web services.

The app is connected with a detailed website that carries some key pages like:

• Home page: The home page carries an introductory video explaining the website’s purpose and what does it offer along with links to sign up with the website, search for goods and services, and download the mobile customer or mobile vendor apps. The hope page also carries links to the other pages including - About, FAQ, Terms and Conditions, Jobs, Support etc.

• Registration page: This page facilitates detailed registration process for both vendors as well as customers.

• Search result page: This page lists all the search results depending upon the query submitted by the user. Users can find details about Deal rating, vendor rating, location relative to user’s home neighborhood, popularity of deal, percentage discount of deal and price of deal in the search listing page.

• Deal detail page: When a user clicks on the link contained in the title of the deal on the search results page, system would redirect to the deal detail page. Deal detail page would show the more information on the specifics of the deal, images, terms and conditions, vendor information, location and ratings.

• Purchase Page: Users can purchase a deal online using the payment gateway. They can even recommend a deal to their friends or family using Facebook, Twitter and Email functionality.
