Chat Bot Development for Travel Industry 'One Foundation' in Azure

Client Brief

Our client name is One Foundation and they are based in New Zealand. They provide responsible gaming facilities for the adults to make money. The organization also supports the needful companies who require monitory help. The client required a chat bot for their branding and communication.

Our Endeavor

The design was provided by our client. Our Azure developers were deployed on this project to create a chat bot using Azure bot. The Azure development team created an  independent tool that could run on any website as an embedded script. 

Azure developers created the chat bot that can be initiated by providing credentials. There are two mandatory fields like Name and Email id. The user needs to provide the details and click on the chat button that is integrated by our Azure team. Once logged in, an Enquiry List opens that consists of User name, Email ID and Date of all users.    

Client liked and satisfied with the chat bot developed by us. We delivered the project with the source code for future migration of the product.
