CME4Life contacted us to integrate Zoho CRM with their WordPress platform in order to streamline the capture and management of customer, event, and product data. The integration was designed to cover the entire sales process, from lead generation to invoicing, while also providing advanced reporting, automation, and data management capabilities. Our team used Zoho Analytics, Zoho Social, Zoho Campaigns, and Zoho Forms to deliver a comprehensive CRM solution that significantly enhanced the client's operational efficiency.
Reporting and dashboard capabilities were significantly enhanced through our solution. We generated detailed reports and dashboards covering every aspect of leads, contacts, products, accounts, quotes, and sales orders.
