Software Suite Development for Electronics Industry in USA - Decision Suite

Client Brief

DES (Digital Entertainment Systems) specializes in the installation of custom electronic systems for residential homes and offices in USA. The scope of the project was to develop a software suite (web and desktop application) for estimating the budget of electronic systems that need to be installed in the premises of customers as per their requirements.

Our Endeavor

We developed the required software suite (desktop and web application) having the following set of components:

Administrator Panel: A master data management tool for managing various sections like types, users, interviews, products, etc.

Interview Creator: A desktop application to create the decision tree structure. It has a set of custom questions that help sales professionals to identify the exact requirements of customers.

Interview Player: A front-end web application to play the decision tree that is created on the basis of answers provided by customers. It helps sales professionals to estimate budget of the required products in the minimum and maximum range.

The challenge for our ASP.NET MVC developers was to create WPF Canvas that was quite complicated. We successfully accomplished this application suite development project using various cutting-edge technologies, i.e. ASP.NET MVC, WPF, jQuery, Kendo UI, and Azure SQL.
