The goal of Mdjobexchange.com is to create a free, independent site, which will make it easier for physicians to find great jobs and get real answers to important issues related to the practice of medicine. The site is designed to be free in price for job seekers and free from requirements to "log-in." They are not tracking your clicks or clicking your tracks and do not want phone number, birth dates, pager number, or scrub size.

From the site user can search related to physician carrier and employer can post their job. Job seeker can search in different location and employer can manage their account.
