Website for Online File Storage Services 'OJUFILE' Using Dot Net

Client Brief

The client wanted us to design and develop a website that would allow users to save their data on a cloud drive. The website was expected to allow users in publishing their files with a unique URL, delete files, edit the name of a file, and view number of people downloaded their file.

Our Endeavor

On the designing front, the look and feel of the site has been kept simple; so that it can assist a user to understand and utilize the features and functionalities of the site. After client's confirmation we have converted the design into table less HTML and transferred them to the development team.

Our developers have used ASP.NET 4.0, C# .Net and SQL server 2008 database to satisfy the client requirement. Subscribed users can upload their files with different extensions on to the site. Users get different subscription options according to which they get the space they can use. In-fact, user can upload files without subscribing to any plan as a free user, but here the available space is limited.

Paid users have more advantages and can download the files without delay. We have developed the  feature in a flexible manner so that any limitation setting can be edited by admin. The dashboard allows users to view the list of the files that they have uploaded. To give it a dynamic user experience to the site, our developers have used jQuery and AJAX functionalities. Users can use among the various action over files such as (create folder, cut, copy, paste, delete, rename, upload etc.)
