eCommerce Website Development for a Water Purifier Selling Brand - Culligan

Client Brief

Culligan is a UK based online shopping platform for customers to buy residential and commercial water filters, water purifiers, and water softeners. The retail brand is running successfully since 1936, meeting diverse water-related products requirements of customers. The brand also offers free water hardness testing services to clients spreading wide across the United Kingdom. The company has made a big name providing water treatment solutions and an array of clean drinking water products in different shapes and sizes. The client asked SynapseIndia for the website development work in order to do the pagination work of the website's Customer Review section.

Our Endeavor

Technical professionals of SynapseIndia worked on the Customer Reviews page of the website. As per the client, we did the pagination task of showing the top 100 customer reviews in a state-wise structure. Feedback review system work was done efficiently by our team. Star rating was also added in front of every single customer review. The client shared with us review content that we updated in a structural manner on the Customer Review page. Also, we changed the design of the review section page as per the images received from the client's side to make it user-friendly. 

The Kentico CMS customer review page work was done within the specified time limit. The updated website of the client received many positive reviews and increased customer engagement. The client also appreciated the work done by SynapseIndia.
