Game for Black Family Network 'Solitaire Game' Using Flash

Client Brief

Client wanted us to develop Flash game for The Black Family Network.

Our Endeavor

We developed this Flash based Solitaire game for the Black Family Network based in the USA. The game was developed with the vision to primarily give information and inspire the youth through entertainment. The faces of the cards contain the images and short description of 52 successful individuals of the community. The game has two versions - Desktop and Online. We started with the designing of the interface for the game as the same had to be consistent with the website offering the game. For the online version, the admin has been provided with the ability to add/edit/modify the images and description that appear on the faces of the cards. For the online version the user can also access the biography of the individuals listed on the face of the cards. The user can change the color of the cards, pause the game, check playing time etc. The game has been developed for Flash 5, the online version makes use of Flash, PHP with MySQL and XML interactivity.
