Client Brief

Serve Me Mart is a USA-based online platform that offers professional services for home & office repair, wellness, construction, business, wedding, and other services. A wide range of trusted and reliable professionals and service providers are registered with the website to meet diverse customer requirements. Many companies can add their business service to this website to meet the demands of different types of customers. The company offers efficient customer service in a total of 18 different countries having a base of millions of professionals and service providers registered with them. Serve Me Mart reached SynapseIndia with a requirement to fix bugs on their existing mobile application. The client hired our mobile app development service to remove issues on the iOS and Android app.

Our Endeavor

As per the requirement of the client, we had to fix many issues on the mobile application running on both iOS and Android devices. Our team removed the issue of the time-consuming E-mail verification process of the application and turned the feature into Auto-login that saves customer's time. The client also wanted to display appealing introductory sliders on both customer and service provider windows on Servememart mobile application. This was required to let everyone use the application in a simple manner. For this, our designers created user-friendly slider banners to create a rich customer experience. The team of SynapseIndia updated content shared by the client that clearly signifies how to use the application. Additionally, we also fixed the feature of converting mobile application in seven different languages required by the client.
