iOS App for the Closing Cost Estimation of the Property - Title Guaranty

Client Brief

'Title Guaranty' is an iOS app that helps in the calculation of closing cost estimation of the property in Florida. The client approached us for developing an easy to use closing cost estimation app for the real estate sellers and buyers. The additional requirement was integrating a feature to generate & share Closing Cost estimation PDF file with customers.

Our Endeavor

The closing cost estimator essentially works as a resource for buyers and sellers of property to calculate their closing costs. Users are required to enter certain details about their properties based on which the closing costs are calculated. We have integrated ‘Alamoafire', a third party service, for fetching real estate data that is used for calculations of closing costs. The app also offers other information related to title insurance, sellers’ net sheet, etc. for which we created easy to use interfaces. 

We have used the following technologies for developing the application:

• Swift for developing the iOS app
• PHP/MySQL for the backend. 
• Integration of ‘Alamoafire' API.
