Client Brief

The USA-based client, working in the amusement industry, contacted SynapseIndia for the development of a management system - Portal Arcade Management Studio. The system helps amusement & arcade operators to get maintenance & support services for their gaming machines installed at various locations.

Our Endeavor

We developed a Laravel-based web application where subscribers (game parlor owners) can request for maintenance services through a built-in ticketing system. The admin assigns the request to a technician. Once the work is done, the ticket gets closed. For the smooth functioning of the whole system, our development team added various modules in it such as -

• Work orders – Here, the subscriber generates the ticket while requesting for services.
• Meters/Collections – The admin/subscriber can check the generated bill & commission.
• Locations – The location of various game parlors is available in this section. Also, the admin manages the commission settings here.
• Assets – All the machines are listed in this section.
• Parts – All the machines parts are listed in this section.

Our Laravel developers completed the web app development work as per the requirement and delivered it to the client within the given timeframe.
