Website for Consumer 'Doitav' Using PHP – Online Electronics Store

Client Brief

The US based Client had an existing static website. He wanted us to develop a dynamic website where the users can select and purchase the products. He wanted us to create a shopping cart module where the users can add products to their shopping cart. He wanted an admin panel to manage products and their components, provide for discount codes and generate slabs for Shipping costs based on the Quantity ordered.

Our Endeavor

• We designed the database and architecture for the site.
• Developed an e-commerce website that would allow users to purchase products online.
• Created an administrative console to allow administrator to manage categories, manage products, provide discount codes, manage users and generate slabs for Shipping costs. There is a facility for the admin to view the orders received.
• Allow users to login and edit their profiles and also allow them to add/delete/view the products in their shopping cart. As soon as an order is made, the administrator is being notified through email.
