Cosmo Trade is a company dealing with human resource placement and selection. This is a leading company specialized in the recruitment process of trade shipping and commercial banking sectors. Beside expertise in the human resource domain, Cosmo Trade offers also services and competences in trading, shipping, finance operational and back office activities.

A brief About the Job Module:

The project was about developing a job module where the existing layout was supposed to be the same. Our idea was to develop a stage where employee, employer, visitor and organizations can unite in an easy-to-use, visually appealing platform. The module can be used by both employers and employees. Users need to register themselves (depending upon their usability status: employer or employee) to access the job module.

Employers can post jobs, which will only get displayed after the admin approval. On the other hand candidates or job seekers and can view the jobs posted by any employer and can apply for them. Job history like the date of interview and current position of the job can also be viewed by them.

Employer:

An employer can add/close/modify/publish a position. But for that he/she needs to register with the site. Details like title, description, industry vertical, experience range, salary range, location, expected closing date and notes. The user will have a choice to save or publish the position online.

Employers are able to view the candidates' profiles and can download their resume and .DOC format. Employers can search for suitable candidates using various search categories like experience range, salary range, industry, vertical, location, keyword, etc.
Updating a position status (open or close) is also be possible from the employer section along with other tasks like scheduling an interview, mailing the candidate about a job details etc. can also be done from the employer panel.

Visitor/Candidate:

Users looking for jobs, also need to register with the site which will make them enables to keep them updated about all the changes made on the website, when it comes to opening or closing a position. Various search filters have been made available for the job seekers. They can apply for the searched jobs. The system will keep them posted about the recent job openings through mails and messages.
