Design & Development of a Zend Based Web Application - PORTCOM

This web application involves six types of users - Administrator, Operator, Pilot Captains, Pilots, Apprentice, and Subscribers. Administrator has separate panel for creating ports and operator users. A panel in the front end allows the operator to create other users like Pilot, Pilot Captain, and apprentice, besides creating events & schedules.
 
While creating an event, operator will assign that event to other users and all the users would get SMS notification for the same. In response to the SMS, the users should reply with either “YES” or “NO” within a time frame of 2 minutes, else they will get a notification call. Operator can see different reports like total no. of events, responses from other users etc.
 
Working on the project, we created the Homepage and inside page designs as per website and business theme. Our developers used PHP,Zend Framework, jQuery, Twilio API for call and SMS technologies for this project.
