Client Brief

RaceRoute.com is a database driven listing site for marathon races. The client wanted to redesign graphic layout for the website. For proper listing of races they wanted to design the database and architecture for the site. The site will have buy DVD option that will be done through an external website. The client wanted the races to be organized in city, state and country wise including dates. Apart from the website, the client needed administrative interfaces for the complete site control and management. The main objective was to attract people who are interested in marathon races. Users can download Virtual Tour (video clips), Course map and Elevation chart for marathon races and can also buy DVD for these races.
