Redesigning an Online Marketplace for Vintage Cars

Client Brief

The client contacted us for making some modifications & performance based improvements to his existing website that works as an online marketplace for vintage cars.

Our Endeavor

We have added/created the following features and functionalities on the site:

- Created search functionality for cars using filters like Making Year, Model etc.

- Created the send newsletter functionality for the admin panel.

- Added the functionality for add label on gallery Items.

- The display of the gallery has been changed as per the required format.

- Created a slide show for the home page and embedded it.

- Signup for mailing list feature has been created.

- Activate and inactivate email from mailing list feature has been embedded.

- Carousel image feature added.

- Implemented a WordPress blog on the website.

Further, our developers integrated an import functionality for the new dealer using the dealer's Datafeed file and created a tab for a Cron. A new section has been developed to trace whether each Cron is running properly or not. We used PHP, AJAX, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Javascript to implement all these functionalities. We have re-imported the revised data and email notification functionality.
