MMS: Streamlined Merchandiser Management via Mobile App

Client Brief

MMS (Merchandiser Management System) is a robust platform designed for merchandisers to streamline and optimize different processes. Through effective management of various operations, the platform aims to ultimately offer an amazing experience to the customers. The application provides comprehensive tools for managing key backend operations, such as RTV (Return to Vendor), CUR (Customer/User Reports), inventory, sales, and attendance tracking.

Our Endeavor

The client approached us to develop a user-friendly, scalable, and responsive platform, primarily to be used by merchandisers to manage attendance and store activities. The requirement was for a platform tailored for both backend administration and frontend mobile application needs. The system was designed with desktop and mobile users in mind to ensure a seamless user experience across all devices.

Our developers built an intuitive mobile application that met the precise needs of the client. It facilitated online and offline management of the CUR Module, RTV Module, Sales Report, and Inventory Report. The app also had features for single device login, biometric login, profile management, rest day application and management, notes & approval functionality, and attendance marking at store locations in both online and offline mode. Additionally, field coordinators could also use the app for RTV inspections at stores.

Furthermore, our team of experts integrated several backend features using ReactJS and web services built in Laravel. These included:

Admin Dashboard: A centralized interface for RTV, CUR, FIELD, SCV, and WHS coordinators, allowing them to manage operations and data based on their roles.

Role & Permission Management: Enables assigning roles and access levels to users according to their responsibilities.

Notifications & Messages: Sends real-time updates to users regarding RTV, CUR, sales performance, and inventory changes.

Data Export: Allows exporting key reports, such as inventory and sales data, in CSV format for analysis.

RTV (Return to Vendor) Management: Tracks returns to vendors and reconciles inventory.

CUR (Customer/User Reports): Facilitates tracking and analysis of user and customer reports, providing insights into operations.

Merchandiser Management: Tracks merchandiser performance and overall management.

Product and Store Management: Manages products and stores within the platform.

Attendance Monitoring: Tracks merchandiser attendance, including clock-in/out times, and generates daily activity reports.

Inventory Management: Provides real-time stock tracking across multiple locations.

Sales Analysis: Tracks and analyzes sales data, delivering insights into trends and performance metrics.
