Client Brief

Manukora is an eCommerce website based out of New Zealand. This online retail industry offers a wide array of naturally extracted honey products to consumers. Derived directly from the honeybee colonies, this company offers pure honey that is antibiotic-free in nature. Customers can buy multiple varieties of pure honey on the site. The brand also believes in maintaining the natural surroundings of honeybee that goes intact with no or less human intervention. The client wanted to do major design changes on the website to attract more and more customers.

Our Endeavor

As a Shopify development company, we understood all the requirements of the client. Major changes were done on the retail website's layout and design. The images received from the client's side were successfully updated to provide a rich user experience. The content and all the information on the website's homepage, inner pages, and product pages were also updated in time.

Additional functionality was created for reviewing/rating the products and to receive genuine customer feedback. The Contact Us form was also created that allows customers to get the desired information or raise any concern.

The team of SynapseIndia also worked on another website Manukora.sg as per the special request of the client. We integrated the functionality of redirecting customers from the platform of manukora.sg to manukora.com based on the geographical location.
