Magento eCommerce Website Migration to Shopify Store - Proschoice

Client Brief

Pro's Choice is a premier online shopping website offering a wide array of cameras and accessories. This is an Australia based, eCommerce platform featuring a long-list of the trail, hunting, wildlife, security, night vision, and other varieties of cameras. The brand is completely based out of Australia having its headquarter in Sydney, New South Wales. They offer cameras of different types belonging to well-known brands. This client approached SynapseIndia with a requirement to migrate existing retail site from Magento to Shopify store to boost product sales.

Our Endeavor

The client already had a running eCommerce website in the Magento platform that he wanted to completely migrate to Shopify online store. The client wanted the same to increase user-experience and boost sales of online business. We took up the task and successfully delivered the same. The client witnessed increase sales on the online retail website in a short time.

The most challenging part of this project was to migrate the whole content from one online platform to another. On the other side, there was a detailed design work also. The team worked hard to migrate overall information on the eCommerce platform to Shopify. Many sub-categories of the products were merged together and filters were created by the team. This was done to search any of the product on the website as per the preference and to make the search goes user-friendly. We also designed all the pages of the website for better customer engagement.

In the end, there was a successful migration and the client gave us a 5-star rating on Upwork. Additionally, the team of SynapseIndia also received 10 private recommendations from the client's side.
