UX Web Designing for a Freelancer Job Portal - Guru

Client Brief

Guru.com is a USA-based premier platform for freelancers to find work and employers to find helpful and skilled resources online. Running successfully since 1998, more than 3 million professionals have chosen Guru to get the work done and find a suitable freelancer job in a hassle-free manner. One of the most trusted platforms, it ensures maximum support to all the members with secured payment methods, transparent policies, and maximum value to all. Guru.com approached SynapseIndia for the website designing service. The client wanted us to create a user-friendly UX design for their already existing freelancer dashboard without disturbing the initial sections.

Our Endeavor

We created a user-friendly website design for the client within the stipulated time frame. This project belonged to a pioneering client that has more than 3 million users. So, the biggest challenge was to make the user-interface structured and appealing for both desktop and mobile versions without disturbing other functionalities of the website.

First, our team created a rough draft for the client to get the initial approval. Once selected, we started working on the actual design of the dashboard and created wireframes for making the website dashboard quite-responsive for users. Additionally, the team also conducted interviews with 3 freelancers and 2 business development team members to share their experience of using the old dashboard of the client's site. Based on their feedback as well, we further created major changes in Tabbing Structure Menu, Header, and widgets. Finally, we created the required UX of the client-side and shared the same covering both desktop and mobile versions.
 
We delivered the website development project on time and get real thumps up from the client. Within a short time frame, the client's website witnessed a major up with further additions of projects and freelancers on their website.
