Development of A Zend Based Student Housing Management Website

Client Brief

The client told us to develop various web pages for his existing website and to do some functionality enhancements. Client told us to provide an option in the backend to edit the website pages, adding new pages, option for the frontend users to submit online orders, applications and payments. And he also wanted us to develop an online form through which the users can submit their property buying leasing queries. Alongside we were also expected to develop some pages of the pages.

Our Endeavor

Client deals in property selling and leasing and has a website known as www.redstoneresidential.com as a web face of his business. It was in its development phase when we got the project the work on, and it was almost starting from a scratch to give it a better and firm shape to the website. To start wit, we have developed few pages and kept the design in accordance to the existing design templates. The pages we have developed are:

• Apartment Search
• About Us
• Contact Us
• Real Estate Brokerage
• Property Profile
• Property Service

The pages ware built using Zend Framework technology. Apart from developing the pages which can be dynamically managed from the backend, we have also added the following features n the pages:

• Property display
• Home page slider
• Inline editing for managing contents
• Property profile to show individual properties in more specific way
• Email Sending functionality (in contact us page)

The property booking process has also been enhanced as well as the news letter section.
